Goshen Land Capital, Inc. (GLCI) is a premier, Baguio-based real estate organization, formally established in 2007 by Mr. Alexander Bangsoy to develop the real estate assets of his holdings company, TBF Realty. Goshen Land was primarily engaged in the development of residential subdivisions in prime locations in the city.

In a span of only three years, the company has reached a commendable exponential growth with sales increasing by 395 percent. With a total of nine (9) completed projects and three (3) master-planned communities in 2011 alone, Goshen Land has started to leave footprints in the real estate play field.

With the fast-changing trends happening in the Baguio real estate industry, Goshen Land has managed to stand at the forefront of property development by being the first to conceptualize master-planned communities in the region.
