Goshen Land’s humble beginnings has propelled it now to establish its Entrepreneurial Social Responsibility (ESR) arm called Goshen Land Caring Hands. We at Goshen Land refuse to call it CSR, since our heart and soul is entrepreneurial, not corporate. Goshen Land Caring Hands concerns itself mainly with life.

Secondarily, Goshen Land Caring Hands works on the education of these young people by providing scholarships for those who were selected, free tutorials , academic logistics assistance, academic and personal accountability, encouragement , counseling , team building , football team logistics support, football coaching through the Cordillera Goshen Land Football Club and providing local tournaments for the kids of Baguio so they have a better use of their time rather than getting addicted to online games. Also, Goshen Land Caring Hands recognizes that football paves the way for most underprivileged kids in the locality to have a chance at finishing a college degree because of the availability of scholarships for football athletes in colleges and universities in Manila. Baguio has already sent a whole team of football players in Manila as scholars at the Lyceum of the Philippines, and earlier, some football players to the Ateneo, La Salle and FEU.
Thirdly, Goshen Land Caring Hands has an outreach for street kids in the city who decided to take part in Goshen Land’s program for them. Rugby-sniffing kids were organized and trained to play football and they were offered a functional literacy program with volunteer teachers from the Department of Education .
Fourth, Goshen Land Caring Hands is currently working on a temporary shelter for street kids called Overcomer’s Lodge. It will function as a temporary refuge for street kids if they so decide to avail of the offer. Goshen Land Caring Hands envisions the shelter as a base where willing street kids could stay temporarily while going to school or training for livelihood skills. They could leave the shelter when they are ready for appropriate gainful employment and hopefully become upright, productive citizens.
