  1. PROMO MECHANICS
  1. In order to qualify, a duly accredited Goshen seller should have a minimum recognized sales of P35M worth of any Goshen condo units, houses & lots, and lots only transactions done within the promo period shall be acknowledged
  2. Since most sales made are paid thru installments, qualifying the sales will be a two way process: a) All reservation sales should be entered between October 1 to December 31, 2011 and b) The seller will be given four months (October 1, 2011 to January 31, 2012) to convert all reservation sales made between October 1 to December 31, 2011 into recognized sales. Recognized sales are defined as sales where the buyer has paid the full reservation fee and at least the first monthly installment of his down payment
  3. There should be at least four (4) qualifiers before the winner will be declared. In case the qualifiers are less than four, the promo period will be extended
  4. The winner will be notified via registered mail and/or through their landline/mobile number
  5. The winner may only redeem his/her prize within 60 days from receipt of notification
  6. For purposes of validation, the winner will be asked to bring the following when claiming the prize: (a) any two (2) Valid Identification cards, (b) Registered mail sent by Goshen Land Capital, Inc.
  7. The grand prize (Toyota Vios) cannot be converted to cash.
  8. Employees of Goshen Land Capital, Inc., are disqualified from joining the promotion.
