1. To Be Submitted upon Payment of the Reservation Fee:
Recent 1x1 or 2x2 ID picture and recently signed BUYERS INFORMATION SHEET (BIS) AND RESERVATION APPLICATION FORM.......PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHMENTS

2. To Be Submitted after 20 days of Reservation:
Photocopy of 2 valid Identification Cards that bears your signature and picture: (any 2 of the following)
» Driver's License
» TIN Card with ID
» PRC ID
» GSIS e-card
» SSS ID
» Company ID
» Postal ID
» Passport
3. Proof of Income (any of the following)
» Certificate of Employment and Compensation
» Pay Slip
» Income Tax Return
For OFW - Contract of Employment and/or Proof of Remittance
» Community Tax Certificate for the current year and TIN number
» Marriage Certificate (if married)
BELOW IS THE PROCESS OF PAYMENT FOR OFW:
STEP 1: deposit the payment/monthly amortization to Goshen land Capital bank account, you may choose from the following

STEP 3: we will issue your receipt after we confirmed the deposit. Usually remittance takes 1-2 days before it reflects to the bank account of the receiver. You will receive immediately the scanned copy of your receipt then we will keep official receipts in our office or send your representative in our office to claim it in your behalf.
Please deposit your payments to authorized Goshen Land Bank accounts or at Goshen Land Main Office at #35 A Montinola Subdivision, Kisad Road, Baguio City only. Payments made to any other channels will not be guaranteed by Goshen Land.
